Welcome to AliPixels. By accessing alipixels.shop (the "Site") and/or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide website design and related digital services. Proposals/quotes describe scope, deliverables and timelines.

2.Quotes, Payments & Changes

Quotes are based on the agreed scope and are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
Work begins after an agreed deposit. Remaining payments are due as per invoice milestones.
Changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees and affect timelines.

Refunds:
As our work is custom, fees are generally non-refundable once design concepts are approved. If any refund policy applies, it will be stated on the invoice.

3.Free Demo & Subscription Terms

Demo & Live Activation
We offer a free demo website to showcase your design. If you are satisfied with the demo and wish to make it live, we will activate the website under a £40 monthly subscription. There is no long-term contract, and you can cancel anytime.

Handover Option
If you prefer a complete handover of the website instead of a managed subscription, we can discuss the one-time cost separately.

4. Client responsibilities

Provide timely content, feedback and approvals. Delays in feedback can extend timelines.

5. Intellectual property

We retain IP in our pre‑existing tools and frameworks. Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the final deliverables for your business.
You confirm you have rights to any content you supply and grant us permission to use it to deliver the project and showcase our portfolio.

6. Acceptable use of the Site

Do not misuse the Site (e.g., attempt to breach security, scrape content without permission, or do anything unlawful).

7. Third‑party services

The Site may link to third‑party sites (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

8. Warranties & liability

The Site and services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for fraud or other liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
